1 1/3 c Bozorth Beverages Ginger Syrup
1/2 c Sugar
2-2 1/2 c Whole Cranberries, fresh or frozen.
Mix syrup and sugar together in a pan, stirring
constantly. Bring to boil.
Add cranberries, and return to a boil, still stirring.
Reduce to an active simmer, stirring, and heat
until most of the cranberries have lost form and
the sauce starts to coat the side of the pan.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours and enjoy!
