1/2 cup Bozorth Beverages Ginger or Double Ginger syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 chopped green onions
2 tsp jarred minced garlic (equivalent of about two cloves)
Mix above together and pour into a ziplock bag with a (approx.) 1-pound salmon filet and marinate about 1-1.5 hours.
Low-broil marinated salmon for about 18 minutes, or until done.
While broiling, simmer leftover marinade down to a glaze, brush onto salmon the last few minutes of cooking.
